ABOUT
Creo specialises in residential Land and property sourcing.
Working with both private home and land owners, my aim is finding and securing off-market development sites. I then take these sites through the planning process with the goal of maximising the lands future development value to then either sell on the open market or develop it.
I specifically look at large Garden plots and areas of land under 3 acres as this is where my interest lies and my expertise is.
HOW I WORK
With a background in Architecture, my ethos is for sensitive design by creating developments that not only have a positive impact on our neighbourhoods but also blend sympathetically into them.
Creo is different to other Land Sourcing companies as everything is carried out in-house and with full transparency every step of the way, thus giving a much more personal approach to how I operate.
